  • How does Skin Füd products differ from other skincare brands?

Our skin is the largest organ on our body.  Many molecules from skin care ingredients pass through the dermal layer of our skin.  At Skin Füd, we believe in feeding your skin with the best naturally derived nutrient rich ingredients.  If we received medicine through our skin, why would you not be careful about the products absorbed by your skin.

  • What skin types are your products suitable for?

Our products are good for all skin types.  We focus on creating nutrient rich products that heals and nourishes your skin.

  • Do your products have expiration dates?

There is no expiration date on the packages.  Products are best if they are used within 12 months of your purchase.

  • Are your products safe for all ages?

Yes, but we recommend searching the ingredient list for any known allergies.  If your skin tends to be really sensitive to products, try using the product on a small patch of skin to see if any sensitivities arise.  

  • Do you test your products on animals?

No, we do not test on animals.

  • Are your products all-natural/organic?

Most of our ingredients are all natural and plant based.  We think nature gives us the best sources for beauty! 

  • Do you use synthetics in your products?

We avoid using ingredients that use the chemical copy of the natural ingredient as much as reasonably possible.

  • Are your products vegan and gluten-free?

Our products are not produced in a dedicated gluten free environment. We also use caviar derived from Beluga, Ossetra and Sevruga sturgeon fish that are caught in the Caspian Sea.  If you have a gluten intolerance or allergy, please check your doctor regarding using our products.  Have them review our ingredients for your particular sensitivities.

  • Does Skin Füd use parabens?

No, we do not use parabens.

  • Is it safe to use your products while I'm pregnant / nursing?

Our products are formulated with clean natural ingredients. We provide our full ingredient listings on our site, and recommend that you review them with your doctor to determine if that product works with your pregnancy plan. It is recommended that Vitamin A or Retinoids should be avoided while pregnant or nursing.



  • Where do you ship?

We ship internationally!  Should there be a problem shipping our product to your country, we will let you know within a few days and refund your money.

  • What shipping options do you offer and what do they cost?

We rely on USPS to ship our orders.  The average order cost about $14.90 for Priority Mail (1-3 days from time of shipping) and $26.35 for Priority Express Mail (1-2 days from time of shipping) to ship within US.  International Mail is calculated by country.

  • When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 5 to 7 business days.  If we think it will take longer to reach you, we will let you know right away.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You will receive a confirmation that your order has shipped.  Once it ships it will take Priority Mail (1-3 days from time of shipping), Priority Express Mail (1-2 days from time of shipping) and International (6-10 days from  time of shipping).  International may be delayed by customs. 

  • Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?

Please email us with any changes to order at info@skinfud.com.  We will try to accommodate an address change.

  • Where's my package?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 5 to 7 business days placing your order, please check your “spam” folder.

  • What if my package arrives damaged?

If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise, take pictures and notify us immediately at info@skinfud.com. We will send you a return label to mail back the product and will ship new product to you as soon as possible.

  • What is your return policy?

Skin Füd hopes that you are completely satisfied with all of our products.  However, if our products are not what you expected, simply return the unused portion within 30 days from the ship date. If you are wishing to return your item, please notify us at info@skinfud.com.  We will respond with-in 48 hours with instructions for your return. Your return must be sent (or postmarked) within 30 days of the original shipment date in order to be eligible for a return.

  • Can I exchange a product?

If the product is unopened, we will happily exchange it for another product of equal value.

  • Can I return a gift?

If you would like to return a gift, please contact us at info@skinfud.com for return instructions. Refunds may be issued in the form of site credit.

  • How do I start a return?

We are sorry you didn’t love your purchase. Please contact our customer service team at info@skinfud.com in order to start the return process.

  • Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

We’re sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your items. We recommend that if you are shipping an item over $75 that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking or insurance. If a return item is lost in the shipment back, we cannot issue a refund.



  • The product I want is out of stock, will it be available again?

We focus on products that have the freshest ingredients so during certain growing seasons the ingredients may be hard to come by.  Email us at info@skinfud.com, to ask about restock of a particular item.

  • Do you send samples?

Sorry, at this time we do not send samples but occasionally have travel sizes available for purchase.

  • Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
